Here at Hayfield Manor last week we were delighted to hear that this year we have been nominated for TWO Hotel and Catering Review Awards! These Gold Medals, awarded annually, are recognised as being among the most prestigious accolades within the hospitality industry. Hayfield Manor was awarded 5 Star Hotel of the Year 2007 by Hotel and Catering Review, and we are absolutely thrilled to be nominated again for 2009. In addition, this year we are also nominated for the Customer Experience Award, a nomination we are particularly proud of as it directly reflects on the great service of our hardworking team that guests experience during their stay at Hayfield Manor.
We're dressing to the nines and heading to the awards ceremony on Monday 21st September, and hopefully we'll return victorious! We'll keep you updated.
