Hayfield Manor Welcomes First Wine Society Event of 2016

At Hayfield Manor we take pride in providing an award winning wine tasting experience for our guests. Hayfield Manor’s Wine Society offers the ultimate wine tasting experience in Cork. Each of our Wine Society evenings feature vintages selected from among the finest domains in the world. The wines chosen are then paired with carefully crafted dishes, created by our Executive Chef, Mark Staples to perfectly complement the wines on the evening.

Our first Wine Society event of 2016 will be taking place on Thursday 24th March. This exciting event begins at 7.00pm with an introduction from the representative of the winery, Keith Isaac from Castelnau Wine Agencies and Eno Wines. The night will commence with a glass of the famous Champagne de Castelnau. Following this is a delicious 5 course meal prepared by our Head Chef, along with various Burgundy wines from the Patriarche Winery at 8.00pm.
