Care & Wellness- A bespoke ritual designed to release tension & encourage a natural state of well-being. Designed by our expert team of therapists, this distinct massage treatment will release your body from its tired, tense state, while encouraging a refreshed & replenished state of being. Beginning with a soothing foot soak and gentle breathwork, allowing both you and your therapist to recentre and begin your journey together. Utilizing the powerful aromatherapy blends of Ground Wellbeing, this hands on massage treatment will be customized to alleviate the stress, worry or tension held in your upper body with particular focus on the back, neck, shoulders, hands and arms. The treatment comes to completion with a face and scalp massage using massage and gua sha techniques. 

Mind yourself and connect back to your body. A restorative massage treatment to soothe and comfort the full body using slow and rhythmical techniques, this treatment helps to alleviate muscular tension while having a mediative, deeply relaxing effect. The potent essential oils that you choose will help set your intention to ground and connect to self while restoring balance in the body.

Restoring & Supporting Skin Barrier

Designed to restore the skin’s delicate microbiome using specialised techniques and carefully curated products. It aims to treat the skin both topically and from the inside out, achieving results holistically and scientifically. The Biome Facial works to soothe, repair & nourish the skin’s natural barrier, helping to reduce inflammation and increase natural skin function, resulting in a brighter, healthier complexion and a stronger, more resilient skin barrier.

60 minutes: Facial including castor oil & heat pack to the abdomen
90 minutes: Facial including castor oil & heat pack to the abdomen with back, neck & shoulder massage

Release all tension and stress in the Face, Neck & Scalp. Combining nurturing facial massage with soothing Gua Sha techniques this slow, flowing massage treatment works to reconnect mind and body. The focus within the treatment is on the face, neck, décolleté and scalp and as such will have a potent effect on tightness & tension, eyestrain, migraines, headaches, TMJ issues, sinuses and puffiness.

Deep Tissue Full Body Massage. Designed to assist the body with the natural process of repair & recovery. Flowing, rhythmical and firm; this massage was created to assist in releasing the overworked muscles of the body from their tense & tightened position. Helping to alleviate aches & stiffness while also improving circulation, this deeply relaxing massage will aid in restoring balance, improving quality of movement and renewing energy levels. While the Muscle Recovery Ritual places specific focus on the forearms, back, shoulders, hips & glutes it will be intentionally personalised to your individual needs.

Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to the feet using specific thumb, finger and hand techniques to promote balance within the body & boost overall wellbeing. Reflexology may help you feel less stressed, more relaxed, and more energised. This is a highly recommended treatment for anyone with stress or anxiety. 

This invigorating all over body exfoliation refines skin texture and increases lustre. Improving circulation & aiding the absorption of the potent essential oils, this treatment includes the double action of gently removing dead skin cells with salt & the healing effects of the potent essential oils.
