Cork City Hotel Bar Cocktails - Hayfield Manor Bar

At the Manor Bar we have a range of cocktails on offer, from the classic to the contemporary. Our dedicated staff will be delighted to create your favourite cocktail, or for something a little different try one our Cocktails of the Month.

Throughout December, try our Signature Christmas Cocktail, the Cinnamon Snap.
 
Equipment Required:
- Cobbler Shaker
- Chilled Martini Glass (8 1/4 oz, 24,5 cl)
- Hawthorn Strainer
- Juicer 

Ingredients:
1/2 measure of Galliano 
1/2 measure of Triple Sec
1/2 measure of Grenadine
The Juice of One Whole Orange (Freshly Squeezed) 
Tablespoon of Single Pouring Cream 
 
Garnish:
Fresh Strawberry & a pinch of cinnamon

Method:
Chill Martini Glass. Fill the Cobbler Shaker with cubed ice. Add Galliano, Triple Sec, Grenadine, Orange Juice and Single Pouring Cream.

Shake well. Strain into Martini Glass. Fix strawberry whole or halved to rim of Martini Glass and serve with a pinch of cinnamon on top.
