Hayfield Manor can accommodate meetings from 2 delegates to 110 delegates in a range of purpose built meeting rooms.  All of the conference rooms at Hayfield Manor Hotel feature natural daylight, LCD Projector & screen, complimentary WiFi and delegate stationary.  Prior to your event, should you require any additional technical equipment or services, our dedicated Events Coordinator will be delighted to arrange it on your behalf.

During your event, you will have a dedicated member of our staff to look after any special request and secretarial needs that you may have throughout the day. There is a Business Centre located within the hotel with complimentary access for meeting organisers. All delegates attending a meeting can avail of Hayfield Manor's complimentary private car park.
