Ettienne Van Vrede, General Manager
Ettienne has been a part of the Hayfield Manor family for over 8 years. Working in several departments, Ettienne has a well rounded experience to guide him in his role of General Manager. On working at Hayfield Manor, Ettienne has the following comment;
'Working at Hayfield Manor is very rewarding as guests enjoy their experience and always express a wish to return. This is due to the fact that every guest through the door experiences a warm and personal level of service.I am surrounded by fantastic people that make Hayfield Manor a great place to work as well as reside.'
Annemarie Scally, Deputy General Manager
Annemarie holds a degree in interior design, and while running her own business AMS Design, she took over the refurbishment of several areas of Hayfield Manor, including Orchids Restaurant, Perrotts Garden Bistro, and The Beautique Spa. Having been immersed in the hotel industry from an early age, she rediscovered a passion for the industry while at Hayfield Manor, and decided to stay on.
Graeme Campbell, Head Chef
With a career spanning 16 years, Graeme joined the team at Hayfield Manor in 2006. Previous to this, he held positions of Executive Sous Chef at the 5 star Lyrath Estate, and Senior Sous Chef at Dublin's exclusive Merrion Hotel, during which time they won the award for Best Small Leading Hotel of the World. Graeme creates innovative menus, with dishes ranging from contemporary Irish cuisine to International speciality dishes.
Bart Bambury, Concierge Extraordinaire!
Any guest will tell you, the person with the most impact at Hayfield Manor is our famous doorman Bart Bambury. Present 7 days a week, Bart is on hand to welcome guetst to Hayfield Manor and assist them with any request large or small. Let Bart fill you in on the local history and regale you with an Irish song. A member of Les Clef D'Or, he embraces the ethos of 'Service through Friendship' and are we are proud to have him represent Hayfield Manor.
John Richardson, Bar Manager
Service with a smile is guaranteed in The Manor Bar, with John and his team on hand throughout the day. John has been a member of the Hayfield Manor team since the doors first opened in 1996 - he is now practically part of the foundation! Prompt and efficient service, and always happy to spend time conversing with guests, John is very popular among guests.
