      "My One" Cocktail

      At the Manor Bar we have a range of cocktails on offer to suit a range of tastes and palates.

       

      Our dedicated staff will be delighted to recreate your favorite cocktail, or for something a little different why not try one our Cocktails of the Month. This February, for inspiration why not pop into the Manor Bar to sample our selection of cocktails.

       

      Alternatively we have a delicious recipe which can be created from the comfort of your own home. As it is the romantic month of February we have named it: "My One". 

       

      Equipment Required:

       

      • Cobbler Shaker
      • Chilled Martini Glass (8 1/4 oz, 24,5 cl)
      • Hawthorn Strainer

        •  

      Ingredients:

       

      • 1/2 measure Bombay Saphire Gin
      • 1 measure Chambord Liqueur
      • 1 measure Grenadine
      • Splash of Cranberry Juice
      • Splash of Champagne Garnish
      • Fresh Strawberry

        •  

      Method:

       

      • Chill the Martini Glass.
      • Fill the Cobbler Shaker with cubed ice.
      • Add Gin, Chambord, Grenadine and Cranberry juice.
      • Shake the glass well.
      • Strain the mixture into a Martini Glass.
      • Add a splash of Champagne for full flavour.
      • Finally fix a sugared strawberry whole to the rim of the Martini Glass and serve.
