24th December - Christmas Eve

Upon arrival, relax beside a roaring fire and indulge with traditional Afternoon Tea while our resident pianist entertains you with a selection of carols. In the evening following a festive performance from our local choir, Perrotts Garden Bistro provides the ideal location for an atmospheric celebratory meal. As a nightcap or following Christmas ceremonies, as Christmas Eve turns to Christmas Day, enjoy Mulled Wine and Mince Pies by an open fire before you retire to your luxurious bedroom.

25th December - Christmas Day

Awaken on Christmas morning to a sumptuous Irish Breakfast.  Gather your loved ones to toast the occasion with a Champagne reception followed by traditional Christmas Lunch prepared by our Head Chef, Graeme Campbell, and served in the elegant surroundings of Orchids Restaurant. Spend the afternoon at your leisure or witness the excitement of our younger guests when Santa Claus appears at 5pm with a special message & an individual gift for all the little ones. Throughout Christmas night indulge in our exquisite fork supper and following this special day, take refuge in a cosy armchair in the Drawing Room, begin a classic novel in The Library or take a sip with your favourite nightcap in The Manor Bar… 

26th December - St Stephen’s Day

Indulge in a relaxing morning, before joining us for our late and lively St. Stephens Day Jazz Brunch. In the afternoon, soak up the festive atmosphere as you explore Cork City at your own pace or simply take up residence in your customary seat in your favourite corner of Hayfield Manor. Join the jovial gathering in The Manor Bar on St Stephen’s night and enjoy a classically Irish evening of fireside stories and song, safe in the knowlege that you can depart at your leisure on December 27th with a late checkout for all our Christmas guests.
