Here is what our guests have to say....
We have just returned from our 2 day stay at Hayfield Manor and would like to thank all at the hotel for looking after us so well. The attention to detail, the manner of all staff and the elegant surroundings were all superb. The meals were also a triumph, with the dinner at the Orchid being among the best hotel meals we've had! As a treat before the birth of our first child, it ticked all the boxes and we returned home relaxed, even after the 5 hour journey home.
Thanks again - we hope to see you again soon.

I just wanted to thank you for a lovely night last Saturday. We were so impressed with everything, the accommodation, food, attention we received.
Your staff that we met, Philip, Bart, Sunny in the bar and I cant remember the lovely girls name in the restaurant that looked after us, but each one were nicer than the next. It is so nice that people showed such an interest and so friendly. We hope to return soon.

This is the place to go in Cork if you want a proper old fashioned tea. By that I mean little cakes on tiered trays, the works. It's an absolute pleasure to sit in the very comfortable and quiet surroundings and be served delicious cake and tea. It's the sort of place you take your granny for a treat or to impress a girl a flowers and chocolates don't work! It's a lovely location too, really near the centre of the city but somehow doesn't feel like it.

This hotel deserves its 5 stars. The staff are A1! The hotel is so comfortable and beautiful gardens - we were blessed with good weather. The pool and spa are lovely and it's close to the city centre - though you don't feel that when staying here. Thank you so much to all for such a lovely stay. We'll definitely be back and we'll recommend this hotel to others.

Every employee, from the start of our stay to the end, gave us a reason to want to come back and to recommend it to our friends and family in the future. Thank you!

Just a note to say thank you for a really enjoyable stay last weekend. From start to finish it was perfect. We had a relaxing break (no mean feat with a baby!) and a fabulous family celebration at Danny's Christening meal. The relaxing, friendly atmosphere is second to none and we feel your staff collectively are responsible for this. Everywhere we went we were met with a friendly smile and helpful service. The level and manner of service puts you a cut above many other five star hotels.

The staff in this hotel are friendly, efficient and courteous, makes a lovely change from other establishments. A real credit to your hotel, don't change a thing. We will hopefully visit for our third time in a couple of months. Thank you!

All staff are a credit to you and your hotel, who made our stay exceptional along with our 4 month old baby, who was made to feel very welcome. Thank you all and promise we will be back in the very near future.
