'Marilyn and I have just returned from our trip around Ireland and we had a splendid time. Our visit to Hayfield Manor was one of the highlights. As you know, we were upgraded to a Superior Room and it was lovely. Your staff was the friendliest we encountered in Ireland, and we stayed in several other top properties.
Diane O'Sullivan was a pleasure to work with on our reservation. She was very professional and responsive. Jenny and Ettienne were at the front desks and were outstanding representatives of Hayfield Manor. I believe it was John who manages the bar and then a young man who may work in the kitchen or bar area. He has a relative in Boston and is a big fan of American Football. Both of these guys were first class.'

My husband, along with our daughter and son-in-law, recently had the pleasure of staying at Hayfield Manor. We were there March 14 thru 16. Our enjoyment there was directly enhanced by the gentleman, Bart, who works for you. He is truly a charming, hard-working and friendly fellow. We always looked forward to his witticisms and his smiles. He is very knowledgeable, which was ever so helpful for us.

This hotel deserves its 5 stars. The staff are A1! The hotel is so comfortable and beautiful garden - we were blessed with good weather. The pool and spa are lovely and it's close to the city centre - though you don't feel that when staying here. Thank you so much to all for such a lovely stay. We'll definitely be back and we'll recommend this hotel to others.

Just a note to say thank you for a really enjoyable stay last weekend. From start to finish it was perfect. We had a relaxing break (no mean feat with a baby!) and a fabulous family celebration at Danny's Christening meal. The relaxing, friendly atmosphere is second to none and we feel your staff collectively are responsible for this. Everywhere we went we were met with a friendly smile and helpful service. The level and manner of service puts you a cut above many other five star hotels.

I stayed in your hotel last weekend. I must say it was a pleasure to stay there. The food was beautiful and so was the pool and the spa and Annette was brilliant. Louis and Bart were great, it's nice to have someone carry your bags you know us women a dress and a pair of shoes for every occassion. Zoltan in Orchids was great, especially in the morning. I loved room 105 and would gladly stay in the Hayfield Manor again. Thanks for a great break and the excellent service we received there.
