Welcome in 2011 in style with a luxury 2 night stay including Hayfield Manor’s renowned New Year’s Gala Event.  Arrive on either 30th or 31st December for a 2 night stay including breakfast and on New Year’s Eve, dress to impress and join Hayfield Manor’s renowned Gala Event.

New Year’s Eve is a very special celebration at Hayfield Manor with residents joining in our convivial Manor party.  New Year’s Eve begin with a Champagne reception followed by a 6 course gourmet dinner in Orchids Restaurant & the adjoining Orchids Executive Dining Room. Festivities continue into the new year with entertainment from Hayfield Manor’s resident band, guaranteed to make those final moments of 2010 most memorable and to ring in the New Year with style.

On the second day of your stay you choose to dine for either lunch or dinner in the popular Perrotts Garden Bistro, with 3 courses from the full a la carte menu.  Wake each morning to Hayfield Manor’s famous Full Irish Breakfast. 

Throughout your stay you will enjoy access to The Beautique Spa including our full range of Elemis Spa Therapy treatments and you will have complimentary access to our indoor pool, steamroom, outdoor Jacuzzi & gym.   

This rate is based on two people sharing a Manor Room. A supplement of €100.00 per night applies for single occupancy.  Upgrades to Deluxe Rooms and Suites are available on request.

Full payment for the New Year Eve Package is required 28 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds given for cancellations made within the 28 day period. Please note that during the Gala Dinner you may be seated with other guests.
