At Hayfield Manor we take pride in providing an award winning wine tasting experience for our guests. 

Our Sommelier, Sandra Biret-Crowley, has compiled an extensive wine list with select vintages from all over the world. The Vine Wine Cellar features wines from some of the most famous vineyards, along with lesser known yet equally superb vintages, ensuring that all palates are catered for.  

Hayfield Manor’s Wine Society offers the ultimate wine tasting experience in Cork. Each of our Wine Society evenings feature vintages selected from among the finest domaines in the world, with a five course meal specially created by our Executive Chef, Graeme Campbell to compliment the wines showcased on the night.
