Our next Hayfield Manor Wine Society evening will be held on Thursday, February 23rd 2012 with a program of exceptional wines compiled by our Sommelière Sandra Biret – Crowley and Donie O’Brien from Erne Drinks Company.
This special wine dinner begins at 7.00pm with aperitifs and an introduction of wines from the Santa Sofia winery in Italy. The award winning Santa Sofia estate inhabits an ancient villa dating back to 1560 in Itally’s historic Valpolicella Classico region between Venice and Verona.
Dinner is €79.00 per person which is served from 7.30pm and includes a 5 course menu specially created by the Executive Chef, Graeme Campbell, to complement 5 different wines.
