Join us on February 27th for a return to our traditional Wine Society Evenings. This bespoke event features a delicious five course meal, exclusively designed by Executive Head Chef Graeme Campbell with each dish created to perfectly complement the chosen wines.
The evening will be hosted by Paul O'Flynn from Findlater & Penfold Wines who will present a selection of Australian wines.The evening promises an enticing array of wines and complementary dishes, combined with expertise and interesting insights on the vintages and wine regions featured.
This exclusive event begins at 7.00pm. Connoisseurs seeking to expand their knowledge of wine, or enthusiasts who simply love sampling new and exciting vintages, will relish this special event, part of a series of Wine Society evenings to be held at Hayfield Manor.
