Join us on April 24th for a return to our traditional Wine Society Evenings. This bespoke event features a delicious five course meal, exclusively designed by Executive Head Chef Stephen Sullivan with each dish created to perfectly complement the chosen wines.
The evening will be hosted by Karwig Wines who will present a selection of champagnes from the Billecart Salmon winery. The evening promises an enticing array of champagnes and complementary dishes, combined with expertise and interesting insights on the vintages and champagne regions featured.
This exclusive event begins at 7.00pm. Connoisseurs seeking to expand their knowledge of champagne, or enthusiasts who simply love sampling new and exciting vintages, will relish this special event, part of a series of Wine Society evenings to be held at Hayfield Manor.
