Our Christmas Gala Winter Wine Society night on December 5th will be hosted by resident Sommeliere Sandra Biret-Crowley and Richard McMahon of Erne Wines. A selection of impressive Spanish wines from the Baron De Ley region. The evening promises an enticing array of wines and complementary dishes, combined with expertise and interesting insights on the vintages and wine regions featured.
This exclusive event begins at 7.00pm. Connoisseurs seeking to expand their knowledge of wine, or enthusiasts who simply love sampling new and exciting vintages, will relish this special event, part of a series of Wine Society evenings to be held at Hayfield Manor.
