The Live at the Marquee series of acts will run from 12th June - 6th July 2013.

A host of top Irish and international acts are set to wow audiences over The Live at The Marquee Festival, which will return to Cork City for the ninth year running this June and July. Now firmly established as one of the premier events of its kind in Europe, Live at the Marquee in Cork City has already played host to acts including Elton John, Rod Stewart, The Who, Christy Moore and Bob Dylan. Audiences will not be disapointed this year as the line up proves to be as star studed as ever with even more acts to be announced over the comming weeks and months.

Live at The Marquee in Cork City 2013 will be Olly Murs, The Wanted, Elton John, Elvis Costello & The Imposters, ZZ Top, The Coronas, Sting, The Boomtown Rats and Christy Moore. First Shows to be confirmed.

Olly Murs
12th June
Olly will return to Live at the Marquee in Cork on Wednesday 12th June. Olly’s last album 'In Case You Didn't Know' went platinum.

16th June
Pop sensations that features in the charts since their first Album ‘The Wanted’ was released in October 2010.

Elton John
23rd June
Elton John and his Band bring their unforgettable Greatest Hits Show back to the Live At The Marquee on 23 June. His hit song ‘Tiny Dancer’ is currently at No.1 in the Irish Charts after a group of over 300 Irish musicians recorded it as A Song for Lily-Mae with Elton personally endorsing the release with tweets and posting the video online.

Elvis Costello
26th June
Elvis Costello has penned classic tracks like ‘Alison’ and ‘Oliver’s Army’ has won numerous awards over his 40+ years in music.  As well as being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Elvis Costello was also named in Rolling Stone’s Top 100 Greatest Artists of All Time in 2004.

ZZ Top
27th June
It will be their first concert in Ireland since 1985. ZZ Top is the only rock group to have maintained its original members who were awarded the Living Legend Award by the Classic Rock Roll of Honour 2012.
