Hayfield Manor’s popular Wine Society which takes place on select dates throughout the year and is an opportunity for wine lovers to spend an informative evening with Hayfield Manor’s renowned Sommelier, Sandra Biret-Crowley and carefully chosen wine producers who showcase their wines on the night.
The latest Wine Society event will take place on Thursday, November 17th 2016, in Hayfield Manor’s unique subterranean dining venue, The Vine Wine Cellar and will be showcasing wines from the celebrated Delas Frères winery in the Rhone Valley which was founded in 1835. The evening begins at 7.00pm with a glass of Deutz Champagne served with canapés over an introduction from Etienne Defosse, the representative from The Delas Winery, who will co-host the evening with Sandra. From 7.30 the wine tasting & meal experience commences which features a gourmet five-course meal, prepared by Hayfield’s Head Chef Mark Staples, to perfectly compliment carefully selected Delas Frères wines.
This wonderful evening of wine tasting and gourmet dining is priced at €99.00 per person and pre-booking is essential for the event in order to avoid disappointment.
