Situated in our stunning courtyard, Bloom is made entirely of glass and with retractable walls and ceiling, offers a breath of fresh air, and is the perfect venue for a casual drink, catching up with friends or for an exclusive private function. With a selection of fruity botanical cocktails and a delicious Brunch menu, Bloom is a wonderful addition to Hayfield Manor.
