Situated in our stunning courtyard, Bloom is made entirely of glass and with retractable walls and ceiling and is dedicated to the enjoyment of Champagne and relaxed dining.
Bloom features one of Cork’s most impressive Champagne selections, available by the glass or bottle, including houses such as Lanson, Billecart-Salmon Rosé, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, and Dom Pérignon Brut. Each glass is perfectly paired with a menu designed by Executive Head Chef Mark Staples and his talented team, showcasing the best of Cork’s local produce.
