Hayfield Manor has a range of Private Dining rooms available

The Private Dining Room will comfortably accommodate up to 38 wedding hotel guests, with a further 20 people in the interconnecting Library.  Tailor your own menu from the delicious range of dishes created and prepared by Executive Head Chef Mark Staples. Overlooking Hayfield Manor’s private walled garden, the private dining room is awash with natural light as a result of the floor length french doors leading to the garden. With beautiful tailored lawns and flower beds, the scenic garden is the ideal location for relaxing with loved ones before and after a mouth-watering meal prepared by Executive Chef Mark Staples. When you favour privacy to celebrate a special occasion, or a small intimate wedding with close family and friends, the Private Dining Room at Hayfield Manor is the ideal option. The Vine Wine Cellar Private Dining Room, set alongside Hayfield’s private wine cellar, is an alternative option for private dining in Hayfield Manor and offers a unique dining experience to guests. The Boole Suite is an elegant dining room with capacity for up to 55 diners.  There is also the option to choose Orchids Restaurant on certain dates for exclusive use. Dining guests at Hayfield Manor also avail of our complimentary private car park within the Manor walls.
