Hayfield Manor's Wine Society returns with a delightful evening of exceptional cuisine and fine wine.⁠

Join us for an evening of fine wine and exceptional cuisine on Thursday 23rd May for our Château Pesquié Dinner. The event begins at 6.30pm with a sparkling wine and canapes reception with an introduction from resident Sommelier Apostolos Bourexis who will be joined by Stéphane Tournade, Brand Ambassador of Château Pesquié from Rhône Valley throughout the evening. This is followed by a delicious four course menu specially created by our Executive Chef, Mark Staples, to complement the carefully selected wines.⁠
