Our Sommelier, Sandra Biret Crowley has compiled an extensive wine list with select vintages from all over the world. The Vine Wine Cellar features wines from some of the most famous vineyards, along with lesser known yet equally superb vintages, ensuring that all palates are catered for.
Hayfield Manor’s Wine Society offers the ultimate wine tasting experience in Cork. Each of our Wine Society evenings feature vintages selected from among the finest domains in the world. The wines chosen are then paired with carefully crafted dishes, created by our Executive Chef, Mark Staples to perfectly complement the wines on the evening.
