Turn up the heat with Fire Friday on August 14th, an evening of craft cocktails and BBQ delights in Bloom and the Manor gardens. In collaboration with Rebel City Distillery, enjoy two house gin-based cocktails paired with a carefully chosen dish from our chef’s seasonal BBQ menu.
Tickets are €49 per person- perfect for a relaxed, flavour-packed evening with friends, blending local spirits, fire-grilled flavours, and Hayfield Manor’s signature style.
